DC Boat Lift Blower Motor System

An all-in-one kit that converts air displacement boat lifts to safe and reliable 24V DC solar power. A 1,500W brushless marine-grade DC blower motor, advanced motor controller with LED indicators, trigger switch assembly, resettable fuse breaker, and safe 24V operation that eliminates electrical shock hazards, voltage loss, and complex electrical runs.

1,500W Brushless DC Blower Motor

The marine-grade 1,500W brushless 24V DC blower motor lifts boats faster than traditional high-voltage AC motors while eliminating electrical shock hazards, voltage loss, and the need for complex electrical runs at the dock. The brushless design reduces mechanical wear for consistent performance across multiple seasons.

Advanced Motor Controller & Controls

The advanced motor controller integrates seamlessly with existing boat lifts via a quick-connect system compatible with standard on/off switches. LED indicator lights and an internal buzzer notify users of any system adjustments required. The trigger switch assembly controls on/off operation and the trigger wires can also connect to any existing boat lift control box on/off switches.

24V Battery Power & Safety

The system operates on safe 24V DC power created by connecting two 12V deep cycle marine batteries in series (batteries not included). A fuse breaker installed in the battery box protects against system failure or overload and provides a safe, convenient power disconnect when the lift is not in use. The optional lockable fiberglass battery box add-on houses both batteries, the motor control box, breaker fuse, and wiring in a secure weather-resistant enclosure.
