Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE Returns & Exchanges

We understand that you may need to return or exchange an item. Please retain the original packaging and contact us at sales@lakelifter.com with your order number and details.

Return Windows:

  • 1–30 Days: Full refund (No restocking fee)
    Item must not be damaged or weathered.

  • 31–45 Days: 15% restocking fee
    Item must not be damaged or weathered.

  • 46–60 Days: 30% restocking fee
    Item must not be damaged or weathered.

  • 61+ Days: No Refund
    Used or weathered items may be subject to additional fees or rejection.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are not reimbursed or refunded. Refunds are based on the product price only.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs for returning merchandise to Lake Lifter are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept COD (Collect on Delivery) shipments.

Defective Merchandise

Lake Lifter Inc. will return, replace, or exchange defective merchandise purchased directly through our website or affiliated retail outlets.

If deemed defective:

  • A refund, credit, or replacement will be issued.

  • Shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Items must be in the condition in which they were purchased.

Note: We do not replace or reimburse items bought through garage sales, eBay, or other secondhand outlets.


What to Include with Your Return:

  • Order Number

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone Number

  • Items being returned

  • Reason for return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or applied as store credit if requested.


RETAIL OUTLET Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges

Returns or exchanges through a retail outlet are subject to the merchant’s own return policy. Please contact the store where you purchased the item.

Defective Merchandise

Lake Lifter Inc. will support returns, replacements, or exchanges of defective merchandise from our affiliated retail outlets. Proof of defect may be required. If approved, we will issue a refund, replacement, or credit and provide a prepaid return label.
