A specialized all-in-one 12V DC conversion kit for flat plate personal watercraft hoists. A 1HP epoxy-coated marine-grade motor rated up to 2,000 lbs, 200-foot wireless 4-channel key fob control, solar charging with 5A regulator, resettable breaker fuse, and all housed in a 14x12x6" lockable fiberglass enclosure. Fits 56c PWC winch boxes.

1HP Epoxy-Coated PWC Motor

The 1HP marine-grade motor in epoxy-coated finish is optimized for freshwater environments and handles single motor PWC lifts with gear plates rated up to 2,000 lbs with faster lifting speeds than standard AC alternatives. A stainless steel finish is also available for salt and brackish water applications. Engineered to fit 56c PWC winch boxes, the universal motor mount is compatible with existing flat plate style open gear hoists and the standard 5/8 inch shaft supports single and double pulley setups.

Wireless Control & 12V Safety

The heavy-duty marine-grade wireless control box manages motor operation up to 200 feet away via the included water-resistant 4-channel key fobs with sliding covers to prevent accidental activation and a lock button for security. The system operates on safe low-voltage 12V DC from a single 55Ah battery, eliminating electrical shock hazards around the water. A resettable breaker fuse protects against overloads and provides a convenient power disconnect, with all components housed in a durable 14x12x6 inch lockable fiberglass enclosure.

Solar Charging & Complete Package

The high-efficiency solar charging kit with anodized aluminum frame and 5A solar charge regulator with LED status indicators keeps the battery continuously topped off for reliable operation. The full kit includes 25 feet of heavy-duty wiring, a waterproof connection system, 3/8 inch battery ring terminals, and a choice of mounting arm heights and heavy-duty brackets with stainless steel straps for flexible installation on any side of the lift structure.
