This 3-Tank 2-Valves Control Box controls ONE 3-tank boat lift with TWO valves. Valve A air hose is split to the outside tanks. Valve B air hose goes to the center tank. When raising, the outer tanks fill first then the center tank is filled. When lowering the center tank empties first then the outer tanks.  This lift configuration automatically keeps the system level for raising and lowering.

BLOWER MOTOR: Lake Lifter’s marine grade 24-volt DC blower motor is a 1400 watt brushless blower motor that is safer and faster than traditional high-voltage AC motors. The efficient design easily outperforms a 1700w AC powered motor making it the fastest & safest boat lift blower motor on the market. The brushless motor will not slow or wear like conventional brushed AC motors. This means performance does not reduce with time! Anodized marine grade construction makes it suitable for salt-water areas. 

SAFE 24v DC POWER eliminates electrical shock hazards, electrical runs, and voltage loss problems around the dock.  In addition, the Lake Lifter blower motor lifts boats faster than traditional electrical motors.

MOTOR DRIVE CONTROLLER: Lake Lifter’s advanced motor drive controller provides robust power and convenience to operate Lake Lifter’s high-powered blower motor. The motor controller features LED indicators to easily notify users of motor blockage from debris or low battery voltage.

The smart controller features a digital display with a count-down timer for lifting & lowering operations, digital battery voltage and percentage information, as well as optional external light timer. The smart controller also features a built-in solar charge regulator to safely charge and protect your batteries. 

The smart controller will automatically turn on the blower motor and open the valve to fill & raise your boat lift and then automatically turn off the motor and close the valve when the specified time is complete. This feature protects unnecessary battery drain from pro-longed and unnecessary motor run times. For lowering the lift, the controller will automatically open the valve, releasing air and will close after the specified time is complete. The optional LED output, when activated, will turn ON and automatically turn OFF after the set time is complete ensuring you don’t accidently leave the light on, cause the batteries to fully drain. 

WIRELESS & MANUAL OPERATION: The boat lift blower motor control box is fully operational from a wireless key fob. In the event a key fob is lost or needs replaced, users may easily sync a new fob and operate all functions of the lift directly from the smart controller. In a rare event of dead battery needing replaced in future years, the user can easily manually override the air-valve and release air lowering the boat lift. 

KEY FOB: The key fob provides a simple and convenient way to operate the boat lift and is made of a protective shell and slide cover to protect from accidental button presses. The wireless fob operates UP, DOWN, STOP/PAUSE & LIGHT functions up to 150-200ft range. The wireless fob with optional LED light makes it safe to illuminate the boat house when walking down to the dock or returning from an evening boat cruise. 

BATTERY POWERED: The DC Blower Motor Control Box operates on safe DC 24v power. Two 12-volt 55A (AGM) deep cycle marine batteries are connected in series to create 24v. (Batteries Not Included) Requires 2pcs “Wheel chair size” or 12v-55A or Group 22NF sized batteries. A fuse breaker protects the system from any failure or overload & makes disconnecting or replacing batteries a snap. The fuse breaker also offers a safe and convenient way to disconnect the power when not being operated.
