Valve & Motor Configurations
The number of valves is determined by the number of air tanks on your free floating lift. Each air tank requires its own valve connection, so choose 4 valves for a lift with 4 air hoses or 6 valves for a lift with 6 air hoses. The number of motors determines how quickly your lift raises: a single motor delivers standard lifting speed, while a second motor moves more air at the same time for a faster lift cycle.
Matched Air Hose Barbs
Air displacement floating lifts use either 1" or 1.25" hose, depending on the lift manufacturer and system design. Each control box is fitted with hose barbs sized specifically to match the internal diameter (ID) of your hose, so select the air hose size that matches your lift for a secure, leak-free connection.
Bluetooth, Wi-Fi & Key Fob Control
Integrated Bluetooth and wireless key fob capabilities allow for precise remote operation from a mobile device or handheld controller. Optional Wi-Fi connectivity enables push notifications for real-time status updates and system warnings delivered directly to a smartphone. The unit also supports automatic over-the-air firmware updates to deliver the latest features and software optimizations without manual intervention.
Automated Safety Suite
The automated safety suite includes proactive auto leveling to keep the lift balanced across all tanks and system exercising to maintain mechanical components in optimal working order even during extended periods of absence. The marine-grade enclosure is engineered for durability in any waterfront environment, delivering the reliability and advanced automation necessary for professional-grade vessel maintenance.
Optional Internal GFCI
An internal GFCI is recommended for lifts located in salt or brackish water, installations without a roof or overhead cover, and environments exposed to frequent rain, spray, or high humidity. Salt and brackish environments are significantly more corrosive and conductive than fresh water, and uncovered lifts are exposed directly to weather. An internal GFCI adds protection within the unit itself, helping safeguard both the user and the equipment in these harsher conditions.
