Dual 1.5HP Stainless Steel DC Motors
Two 1.5HP marine-grade DC motors in stainless steel deliver faster lifting times and greater reliability than conventional AC alternatives for dual motor A-drive and E-Gear boat hoists with capacity ratings from 10,000 to 24,000 lbs. The universal motor mount and standard 5/8 inch shaft size ensure a seamless fit with existing flat plate open gear hoists and pulley hardware. Epoxy-covered motor style is also available.
Comprehensive Wireless Control Suite
The system includes a wireless master control box, two slave control boxes, and water-resistant key fobs for remote operation. Limit switches with 15-foot cords prevent over-travel and mechanical strain during the lift cycle. A manual wall switch is also available for direct operation from a dock post or boathouse wall. The safe 24V DC configuration, created by connecting two 12V deep cycle batteries in series, eliminates electrical shock hazards near the water, while a resettable breaker fuse protects internal electronics from overload.
40W 24V Solar Charging & Fiberglass Battery Box
The 40W 24V solar charging kit consists of two 20W high-efficiency monocrystalline panels rated for 20 or more years of life, featuring low-iron tempered glass and anodized aluminum frames for superior durability and low-light performance. Panels mount on adjustable heavy-duty arms engineered to withstand high winds and storms for optimal positioning year-round. The durable fiberglass battery dock box provides a lockable, weather-resistant enclosure for batteries, regulators, and wiring.
