This AC Boat Lift Blower Motor Control Box: (One Lift - Three Valves - Three Tanks) controls ONE boat lift with three tanks via three valves . Both valve A air hoses go directly to the outside tanks. Valve B air hose goes to the center tank. When raising the lift, the outer tanks will fill first then after a preset time delay the center tank is filled. When lowering the lift, the center tank empties first then after a preset time delay the outer tanks empty. This lift configuration helps stabilize 3-tank style boat lifts that are prone to tilting during lifting & lowering.

Wireless & programmable functionality takes all the guess work out of lifting and raising your boat! Simply program the lifting and lowering times for fully automatic manual or wireless operation!

BLOWER MOTOR: Lake Lifter’s marine grade 120v AC Blower motor with 1700 watt brushed motor outperforms other motors in the industry, providing maximum air flow to raise lift faster. 

MOTOR DRIVE CONTROLLER: Lake Lifter’s advanced motor drive controller provides robust power and convenience to operate Lake Lifter’s high-powered blower motor. The motor controller features LED indicators to easily notify users of motor blockage from debris or low voltage.

The SMART CONTROLLER features a digital display with a count-down timer for lifting & lowering operations and optional external light timer. The smart controller also features GFCI protection. Standard models include a 14ft GFCI protected power cord which can easily be shortened to meet your needs. Out coastal series is used for non-roof covered docks with internal GFCI and short cord.

The smart controller will automatically turn on the blower motor and open the valve to fill & and raise your boat lift and then automatically turn off the motor and close the valve when the specified time is complete. For lowering the lift, the controller will automatically open the valve, releasing air and will close after the specified time is complete. The optional LED output, when activated, will turn ON and automatically turn OFF after the set time is complete ensuring you don’t accidentally leave the light on.

WIRELESS & MANUAL OPERATION: The boat lift blower motor control box is fully operational from a wireless key fob. In the event a key fob is lost or needs replaced, users may easily sync a new fob and operate all functions of the lift directly form the smart controller. In a rare event of a power outage, the user can easily manually override the air-valve and release air lowering the boat lift.

KEY FOB: The key fob provides a simple and convenient way to operate the boat lift and is made of a protective shell and slide cover to protect the accidental button presses. The wireless fob operates UP, DOWN, STOP/PAUSE & LIGHT functions up to 150-200ft range. The wireless fob with optional LED light makes it safe to illuminate the boat house when walking down to the dock or returning from an evening boat cruise.
